What better way to celebrate Thanksgiving than with two Michelin Star fine dining in an elegant, yet relaxed space? This year, Renowned Chef Kreuther is offering a specially curated 4-course prix-fixe menu at his namesake restaurant with choices including chestnut panna cotta, citrus cured tuna loin, sturgeon & sauerkraut tart, honey squash ravioli, roasted turkey roulade, green-walk hatchery trout, a pie cart for dessert. Casa Cruz New York | Upper East Side
Chic Casa Cruz New York will be serving a three course prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu created by Executive Chef Emmanuel Niess that guests can enjoy throughout its exquisitely-designed Beaux-Arts townhouse. Dine alongside original artworks by Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, and William Turnbull, wood-burning fireplaces, and a heated rooftop terrace dressed in lights & fir. The vibrant menu begins with honey glazed cornbread with whipped cranberry ricotta for the table, starter selections such as wild mushroom ravioli, and chef-driven sides (think: mashed potatoes drizzled in honey butter, and grilled stuffing prepared in one of NYC’s rare Josper ovens). Entrée selections range from braised stuffed turkey roulade topped with glazed chestnuts, to maple cider-glazed salmon with Josper-grilled turnips, and a miniature roasted pumpkin stuffed with fontina, oyster mushroom, baked kale, and crispy pumpkin seeds. Brass | Nomad
BRASS, a newcomer to the fine dining scene and located in the Evelyn Hotel in NoMad will be offering a pre-fixe menu starting with gruyere popovers, a green salad with apple, potatoes, and green goddess dressing; a main of Chicken Roulade with herbed jus & celeriac-potato pureé with an option to add on black truffles; sides of brussels sprouts, pasta gratin, roasted potatoes and mushrooms a la grecque; and pumpkin meringue pie with mandarin & vanilla ice cream for dessert. New 150-seat restaurant Marsanne from three industry vets is offering a three course prix fixe menu for Thanksgiving. Start with the artichoke salad, roasted butternut and apple soup or harvest salad, followed by brick oven roasted turkey, truffle risotto, or salmon and finishing with pumpkin cheesecake, hazelnut mousse or pecan panna cotta. $85/pp
Wayan | Soho
French-Indonesian cult favorite Wayan from Chef/co-owner Cédric Vongerichten is offering both offering both dine-in and take out for Thanksgiving. At the restaurant, guests will dine on a prix-fixe Turkey Tumpeng menu, which highlights Nantucket Scallops a la Plancha, citrus salad, roasted turkey, perkedel stuffing, and other traditional Thanksgiving sides in a sleek downtown space outfitted in teak, authentic carvings and lush greenery. This Thanksgiving, American Bar is hosting Thanksgiving with a pre-fixe menu featuring homemade cornbread, chopped salad, roasted turkey with sage & cippolini onion gravy and all of the sides. $115/pp.
Brasserie Fouquet’s, located in the Hotel Barrière Fouquet’s New York is offering a pre-fixe Thanksgiving Holiday Menu with a selection of starter, main and dessert. Starters include fresh squash salad, porcini veloute, seared Maine scallop or short rib ravioli. Mains include wild mushroom pot pie, lobster tagliatelle, salmon wellington, filet of beef bourguignon and the traditional brined and roasted heritage turkey. Dessert options include a gingerbread baked Alaska, tiramisu, chocolate bourbon pecan pie, apple tarte tatin and pumpkin pie. Stunning property La Marchande by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser is offering a delightful three-course, French-inspired pre-fixe menu with highlights including French Onion Dumplings topped with delicate Truffles and Gruyère in Shiitake Consommé, Heritage Turkey with Confit Leg, Parsnips, and Baby kale, and a decadent Pumpkin + Butterscotch Sticky Toffee finished with Whipped Vanilla Crème Fraîche and Brown Sugar Crumble. The Noortwyck | West Village
With a team from Eleven Madison Park, you can expect quality and innovative dishes from this quaint West Village gem. The elevated a la carte Thanksgiving dinner menu features roasted turkey breast with all the trimmings, short ribs with black garlic and Jimmy Nardello peppers, and Thanksgiving Pies to-go from pastry Chef Ileene Cho, for a chance to bring home decadent pies in classic flavors including Apple Streusel, Pecan Bourbon, and Pumpkin with Mascarpone Chantilly.
