Poipu Sunset Martini
1.5 oz Vodka
1 oz Koloa Coconut Rum
1 oz Triple Sec
2 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Grenadine
METHOD: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Pour into low-ball glasses or Tiki mug. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
