Cocktails at Home: Los Cabos The Cape Hotel’s Holiday Pilgrim

 

Having cocktails at home is the easiest way to transport ourselves to some of our favorite destinations. This year, The Cape, a Thompson Hotel in Los Cabos is celebrating with a very special holiday cocktail. With combined influences from both the tropical Baja and traditional holiday flavors, “The Pilgrim”  is sure to bring holiday cheer.

 

THE PILGRIM

Ingredients:

  1. 50ml Jack Daniels
  2. 20 ml Damiana Liqueur
  3. 20 ml Pinot Noir
  4. 25 ml Cinnamon Syrup
  5. 25ml Lemon Juice
  6. 20 ml Apple Puree
  7. 20 ml Pumpkin Puree

Garnish (optional):

  1. 1 Star Anise
  2. Cinnamon powder
  3. 3 Cacao Flowers

Instructions:

Pour all ingredients, except for the Pinot Noir, into a shaker and shake everything very well. Add the Pinot Noir. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon powder, 1 star anise, and 3 cacao flowers.
