Star Wars: The Force Awakens has broken box office records around the world and so has Harrison Ford by earning over 50 times more than his young co-stars John Boyega and Daisy Ridley. The 73 year old iconic actor has returned to the series after almost three decades of bidding adieu to the character of Han Solo. While it is reported that the American actor and film producer officially earned between $10 million and $20 million for his role of in the latest edition of Star Wars, it is also speculated that the Indiana Jones actor has bagged $25 million for his return. Apart from the upfront salary of abut $25 million, Ford will also make more from the small share of the film’s gross earnings. This could total up to $34 million! Apart from life-sized version of droid BB-8, Ford is the star attraction of the Star Wars: The Force Awakens. While other actors Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher earned figures in the low seven-figure range, John Boyega and Daisy Ridley made between $100,000 and $300,000.Even if it is out in open about how much he has made from his latest film, very little is known about Ford’s private living. Known to be one of Hollywood’s most private actors he is fierce about guarding his personal life. Harrison Ford lives here on an 800-acre (3.2 km) ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, bought over 20 years ago. He settled for the ranch in the Teton mountain range when Jackson Hole was still not considered as A-lister’s address.Though he has donated approximately half of the estate as a nature reserve, it is known that Ford personally sketched out plans for his Wyoming retreat. That reminds us that Ford is self-taught professional carpenter too. As his vision took shape, it featured flawlessly executed cabinets and windows rendering stunning views of the majestic mountain range. He has also lend his help to construct a guest house and a large barn, which now doubles as his workshop.
