Say goodbye to summer in style with a refreshing cocktail from SoHo‘s beloved Italian restaurant A Pasta Bar, called Unknown Caller.

Colorful, delicious with passion fruit that is seasonal through fall, the mix of lime juice, tequila, Aperol, and serrano pepper make it an instant crowd-pleaser. 

Ingredients:

        • 1 oz tequila 

        • 1 oz Aperol 

        • ¾ oz lime juice 

        • Fresh passion fruit 

        • Serrano pepper 

Method:

  • Simply shake with all ingredients served with ice

 

Glass:

  • Tall Collins glass
