Ralph Lauren is not satisfied with just making the Americans and the Parisians drool over his fashionable menu. The renowned fashion designer has thrilled the Londoners by opening Ralph’s Coffee & Bar, Ralph Lauren’s first dining destination in London.
Located at 173 Regent Street, it has thrown the doors open to become Mayfair’s new hotspot for coffee, cocktails, bar snacks, and shared plates. Echoing the warm, sophisticated, club like atmosphere of The Polo Bar in New York City, the café décor pays homage to Ralph Lauren’s trademark equestrian sensibilities.
The interior features a brass-topped bar, saddle-leather banquettes, and equestrian-themed art hung against dark wood paneling and green billiard cloth. An intimate oasis in the heart of Mayfair, the café is spacious to accommodate twenty four diners, with a dozen more seats at the bar.
Designed to delight the English, the curated menu offers light fare in the traditional American style, combined with a European sense of quality. Ralph’s Coffee, which is custom blend roasted specifically for the brand, is brewed to kick start the day in style.
The cocktail list includes classic recipes, including the Old Fashioned, along with new libations mixed exclusively for the London set, which can be teamed up with their signature bar snacks like fried olives and mixed nuts.
Located right next door to Polo Ralph Lauren’s flagship store on Regent Street, the London eatery is open to all those who would settle for nothing less fashionable to start their day or even those need to unwind after a hard day at work or shopping.
