Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella’s Home Is Up For $3.5 Million

Satya Nadella shot to global fame when he succeeded Steve Ballmer as chief executive of Microsoft Corp in February 2014. The Indian-American business executive has also made it to the real estate headlines by putting his home in Clyde Hill, Washington, on the market for $3.488 million.

Microsoft’s 48 year old CEO had purchased the home in 2000 for $1.385 million.

Built in 1963, the contemporary-style home has been renovated over the decades. Boasting of an industrial vibe, it features polished concrete and ceramic floors, vaulted ceilings and exposed steel beams.

The 4,050 square feet open-space home includes, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen, a family room and two fireplaces.
