Brasserie Barbès is the latest and most sought-after address in Paris to dine and sip wine. The new eatery and lounge in the French capital nestles in the heart of the multiethnic, cross-cultural neighborhood of Boulevard Barbès in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.WWD reports that Alexandre Mattiussi, Caroline de Maigret and Pedro Winter are among those flocking to Brasserie Barbès. Also Gildas Loaëc, co-founder of the Maison Kitsuné describes it as the “best new spot in the hood”. He has also posted an image on Instagram of the rooftop with its reclining lounge chairs and views of the famous Tati store and the elevated subway.The three-storey Brasserie Barbès opened in April and includes a restaurant, lounge, dance floor as well as a terrace. Located right across the street from the Louxor Cinema, it boasts of a white façade. The interiors are decorated with lush plants, ceiling fans and retro chairs.The ground floor is designed to give a feel of Brooklyn with timber tables and exposed pipes. The top floor features fireplace, sofas and a bar under a retractable glass ceiling. The rooftop terrace is dotted with deck chairs and marble topped tables.WWD Via Brasserie Barbès
