He’s the famous face behind The Gardener Gin, a unique collaboration between Pitt, fifth-generation winemaker Matthieu Perrin (the family behind La Vieille Ferme), and legendary distiller Tom Nichol, former master distiller of Tanqueray.
Together, this triptych of friends created a 100%-certified organic London dry gin that embodies the art-de-vivre of the French Riviera. The Gardener Gin’s refreshing taste profile is a blend of juniper, angelica, coriander, and licorice, and fresh citrus sourced from Provence. The elegant bottle design earned a Gold Medal at the 2024 Spirits Business Design & Packaging Masters, but we like what’s inside even better.

French Riviera 75
1 part The Gardener Gin
2 parts Champagne
1⁄2 part fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 part simple syrup
Orange zest
Method: Pour the gin, lemon juice and syrup in a shaker full of ice. Shake until chilled. Strain in a flute glass and top with Champagne. Garnish with a zest of orange.
