Pursuing a futuristic architecture that could completely change your lifestyle? Then this residence is the perfect inspiration – a home so pristine that its pure white facade bounces light from each geometric part to create a stunning effect. Turkish designer Gunes Peksen imagined a summer house defined by the dynamic shape of a wave that is the perfect place to live if you are an open-minded, architecture-loving person. Described by its creators as “a summer house concept of a wave form abstraction covers an individual lifestyle”, the Wave House displays an exquisite architecture that seems to be folding on itself, mimicking a wave in full motion.
Accessible via a ramp in the front or a floating set of stairs in the back, the interiors of this beautiful imagined house are flooded with natural light coming from carefully positioned glass walls. Water not only inspired the shape of this residential building, but is also part of its charm – a shallow pool near the access stairs mirrors the structure’s design lines, while water bounces off the walls to create a dynamic feel. Take a look at the photos and tell us what you think about this interesting residential project.
