Today’s dream home sits on over two acres in a private Atlanta cul-de-sac near Westminster, Lovett, Pace and Holy Innocents.
The architect, Yong Pak, designed this classically detailed residence using granite from a Georgia quarry. Other materials, like the terra-cotta tiled floors, were reclaimed from France. The semicircular Portico in the front with the palladium window was a specific request by the original owners. A steep slate roof recalls the English influence in the Norman region.
The large rustic kitchen-breakfast room features hand-hewn antique beams and the entire home was given a complete renovation in 2014 by architect Brad Heppner.
The renovation included everything virtually top of the line and new.
A semicircular sun room is overlooking the pool and courtyard which is surrounded by trees that seclude the property from the busy city life of Atlanta.
The rear of the property includes a pool, garden and terraces.
This property is listed for $4.25 million with Beacham & Company Realtors and is showcased by Luxury Portfolio.
