At the the Restaurant Show in London, Belgian craft beer maker Daas Beer launched its organic, gluten-free beer made with hops and barley. The Daas Organic Blond beer is described as a strong, golden beer with honey spice aromas and a dry hop finish.
The brew is 6.5 percent alcohol and made with water, malted barley, hops, and yeast. The company’s production is the first Belgian beer to be certified organic by the Soil Association UK.
The Daas Ambré, meanwhile, is described as a rich, complex amber ale with aromas of smooth caramel and mellow malt flavors that lead to a dry and spiced hop finish.
The Daas brand is available in the UK at Waitrose and Abel & Cole and retails for about £15 (€17) for six bottles.
