Cocktails at Home: 2025 Holiday Edition

This year, consider going beyond the expected and delighting your guests with a thoughtful holiday cocktails designed to impress. For our cocktails at home, check out some of our favorite holiday cocktails:

Great Jones Manhattan 

Ingredients 
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
1 brandied cherry

Method

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a brandied cherry.

 

Gingerbread White Russian 

Ingredients
1oz Mr Black
1oz Vodka
2oz Heavy Cream
Gingerbread Spice
Maple Syrup
Gingerbread cookies to garnish
Method
In a small bowl, whisk the cream, gingerbread spice and maple syrup til lightly whipped. Set aside while you build your drink.
Fill a small glass with ice, add Mr Black and vodka and then gently pour the whipped cream layer to top. Garnish with a layer of crumbled gingerbread cookies.

An OA & Coco

Ingredients 
8 oz. Hot Chocolate
.25 oz. Butterscotch Syrup
1 Pinch of salt
Method
Build in a glass. For the Hot Chocolate, Mix one tsp. with one cup of oat milk. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Fan Girl 

Ingredients 
1 Dash Bittermens Orchard Street Celery Shrub
0.25 oz G.E. Massenez Pomme Verte Liqueur
1.5 oz Martini & Rossi Bianco Vermouth
Top with Badger Tonic

Method

Pour all ingredients, except Badger, into a small shaker tin. Whip shake with ten pebble ice nuggets until the ice has completely dissolved. Pour the drink into a Collins glass filled with ice, then top with Badger tonic. Give a light stir, garnish with a granny smith apple fan on a pick, then serve.  Note: to keep the apple slices from browning, soak them in cold water and fresh lemon juice for 5 minutes before serving.

Broken Fireplace

Ingredients 
.5oz Mezcal
1 teaspoon cinnamon simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash mole bitters

Method

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a smoldering rosemary spring.

Kamora Old Fashioned

Ingredients
1 oz Douglas & Todd Bourbon Whiskey
¼ oz Trader Vic’s Chocolate Liqueur
Dash of cocoa bitters
Method
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Pour into a lowball glass with a large ice cube. Squeeze orange peel over the glass to extract oils. Garnish with orange peel and a dark chocolate piece.

Pink Nora

Ingredients 

1 oz Limoncello
0.5 oz Pink Grapefruit

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Second Sip Spiked Coco 

Ingredients 
0.7g oz Fernet Branca
Salted hot chocolate base

Method

Pour hot chocolate and spirits into a warm mug and garnish with whipped cream.
