Great Jones Manhattan
Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a brandied cherry.

Gingerbread White Russian
1oz Mr Black
1oz Vodka
2oz Heavy Cream
Gingerbread Spice
Maple Syrup
Gingerbread cookies to garnish
In a small bowl, whisk the cream, gingerbread spice and maple syrup til lightly whipped. Set aside while you build your drink.
Fill a small glass with ice, add Mr Black and vodka and then gently pour the whipped cream layer to top. Garnish with a layer of crumbled gingerbread cookies.

Method
Pour all ingredients, except Badger, into a small shaker tin. Whip shake with ten pebble ice nuggets until the ice has completely dissolved. Pour the drink into a Collins glass filled with ice, then top with Badger tonic. Give a light stir, garnish with a granny smith apple fan on a pick, then serve. Note: to keep the apple slices from browning, soak them in cold water and fresh lemon juice for 5 minutes before serving.
