Cameron Diaz’s New York City Apartment Is Up For $4.25 Million

Cameron Diaz has put up her colorful Manhattan apartment for $4.25 million. The 43 year old American actress’ Greenwich Village compact condo measures 1,400-square-feet and is home to two bedrooms along with two bathrooms as well as a wood-burning fireplace.

Listing agent Rebecca Edwardson of Warburg Realty also states Ms. Diaz used the home as her Manhattan residence.

The Other Woman actress paid $2.95 million for the prewar 12th Street home in 2008 and got it completely renovated by enlisting West Coast interior designer Kelly Wearstler.
