You might have seen Yvonne Niami on The Watcher (2000), but in the last 15 years, this actress has been making more of a name for herself in fashion than in films.
Niami was on hand in SoHo last week for the New York release of the Resort ’15/Spring ’16 collections of her clothing line n:Philanthropy.
According to Niami, she created n:Philanthropy to make a difference: “The modern woman believes she can both look good and do good,” she says. And she is most proud that 10% of net proceeds benefit pediatric cancer research and animal welfare.
Among the pieces shown in n:Philanthropy’s latest collections were faux fur toppers, leatherette fringe everything, and the classic t-shirt… with a bit of a renegade edge.
Because this is fashion with a mission. n:Philanthropy’s girl is a bit of a rebel… a rebel with a cause.
