Astronomical Dutch beauty from Christiaan van der Klauw

The more unnecessary and expensive a watch complication is, the more I love it. The ne plus ultra in this category is probably the Breitling Spatiographe that we featured a while back. While deliciously pointless indeed, the Spatiographe is sorely lacking in the looks department. One far more celebral example is the Patek Philippe Sky Moon and its ilk. Another astronomical watch that is quite eye fetching is the Planetarium from Dutch watch wizz Christiaan van der Klauw. A rather compact watch, especially if you compare it to its Italian cousin… – From James List
