As NetFlix’s Emmy-winning series “House of Cards” is returning for a second season on February 14th, star Kate Mara (Zoe Barnes) is featured on the February cover story from Elle Canada. With art direction by Brittany Eccles, Max Abadian captures Kate posing moodily on rooftops in crop tops and bright pastels.
Kate tells Elle: “I became more confident as I got to know myself. That’s why I don’t think getting older is so bad. I was also an old soul when I was a kid. I wanted to get out of school so that I could start my little life.”
