Have an unforgettable New Year’s Eve at Jean-Georges’ Four Twenty Five. The New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner commences at 8:00 PM, featuring a 5-course tasting menu served family style, with butter poached lobster and seared wagyu beef tenderloin. TY Bar | Midtown

The newly reopened Four Seasons Hotel New York will be celebrating with a night of sophistication at the Gilded Age New Year’s Eve Gala at TY Bar. The Prelude Toast Experience (5:00 – 8:00 pm) includes a welcome glass of champagne, expertly crafted cocktails, and a selection of hors d’oeuvres such as Smoked Salmon with Red Wine Shallot Cream, Kaluga Caviar, and Beetroot Tartlets. $150++ per person. The Dom Perignon Grand Experience (9:00 pm – 1:00 am)  is an indulgent way to bring in the new year with a luxurious truffle and caviar tasting menu with highlights like Ossetra Caviar with Chive Blinis, Beef Wellington with Foraged Mushroom Pâté and Truffle Cream, and Tuna Sashimi with Fresno Chilis. The experience also includes decadent desserts by Chef Jonathan Pereira, live music by The Hook Club, a Dom Perignon midnight toast, a live broadcast of the Times Square Ball Drop, and party favors. Le Pavillon | Midtown

Celebrate New Year’s in style with Le Pavillon. Chef Daniel Boulud’s renowned Michelin-starred restaurant will host two sit down events for guests looking to indulge and celebrate as we welcome the new year. The early seating (4:30-7pm) will feature a 3-course menu ($225 pp) with their signature Huitre Vanderbilt, John’s River oysters with a hazelnut and parsley-seaweed crust, and Risotto Parmesan, as well as main courses feature choices like Bar Groseille, cedar-baked black bass with roasted fennel, gooseberries, and fig leaf vierge, or Saint Jacques Poivre, New England sea scallops baked in the shell, served with sautéed cuttlefish, crispy pork belly, and piperade verte. Le Jardinier | Midtown 

Ring in the New year with a luxurious dining experience at Michelin-starred Le Jardinier. Two seating options for the evening,  5pm-7pm with a 3-course menu for $195 per guest with courses like Maine Scallops a la Grenobloise with caramelized parsnip mousse and pomelo, Winter Squash and Ricotta Agnolotti, and Chestnut Mont Blanc with calamansi sorbet and crispy meringue. Bar Bastion | Midtown 

Located upstairs from Le Jardinier, Bar Bastion will celebrate all night long with a festive soirée featuring post-disco and sultry house beats from DJ Johnsville (known for performing with Rihanna, Lenny Kravitz and The Roots). Fasano Restaurant New York | Midtown

Upscale Fasano Restaurant will be hosting a five-course dinner by Executive Chef Nicola Fedeli, featuring signature dishes such as Filetto alla Rossini and Turbot with champagne sauce, complemented by an amuse-bouche, antipasti, pasta, and a decadent chestnut mousse ($390pp). After dinner, head upstairs to Baretto New York, where Grammy-nominated artist Jenn Jade will be performing. Late night tickets to Baretto from 10 PM to 2 AM are available for $50. Neighborhood hotel Romer Hell’s Kitchen opened the hottest piano bar in midtown Manhattan this year, and So & So’s is celebrating New Year’s Eve with a four-course pre-fix dinner, open bar, and exclusive performances and entertainment, including a sultry burlesque show. Tán | Midtown 

If you want to celebrate the New Year with a beachy, Tulum vibe, head to Tán for a four-course menu featuring dishes like Duck Carnitas, Wagyu Empanadas, and Oaxacan Jumbo Shrimp. Celebrate New Year’s Even with an intimate three-course prefix Italian menu speakeasy dinner theater featuring performances from the restaurant’s resident artists for a night of cabaret, drag performance and comedy to showcase their abilities. New York’s hottest lounge, nightclub and rooftop Somewhere Nowhere will be hosting THE BOOK OF THE FÖRBIDDEN, an enchanting experience on New Year’s Eve with an indoor party. BLACKBARN Restaurant | Flatiron

This rustic farm-to-table, American restaurant from Award-Winning Chef/Owner John Doherty and Executive Chef Brian Fowler will be celebrating New Year’s Eve with a special a la carte menu or four-course pre-fixe for New Year’s Eve dinner.  All of the venue’s favorite dishes will be available, including Hudson Valley Foie Gras Terrine with poached pear gelée and Butternut Squash Ravioli.  The pre-fixe menu ($185/pp) starts with either your voice of either A Symponie of Caviar (A caviar tasting featuring Sevruga with vichyssoise, Osetra on a Deviled Egg and Potato Chips, Trout on smoked salmon rillette with chilled lemon Vodka)  or Wild Mushroom Toast (robiola, taleggio, parmesan, watercress). For the main courses, choose from Pan Seared Diver Scallops with confit porcini risotto topped with garlic crumbs or Filet Mignon and Tiger Prawn served with potato fondant and broccoli topped with a Creole bearnaise sauce. The Tusk Bar + Brass  | NoMad

Located in The Evelyn Hotel, guests can start the evening off with a decadent à la carte dinner at Brass or sister bar, with seatings beginning at 4:00 pm through 7:00 pm. Jean’s | NoHo 

Trendy Jean’s will be celebrating with a three-course family-style prix fixe dinner with surprises, a complimentary glass of Champagne, and optional caviar or specialty bottle service. Four seating options are available: First Seating ($85) and Second Seating ($165) offer a two-hour dining experience, while the Third Seating ($225) includes access to Jean’s upstairs NYE Celebration with DJ Orson. Award-winning Brasserie Fouquet’s will be celebrating with a decadent tasting menu featuring Cauliflower Panna Cotta, Duck Tea and Biscuits, Lobster Agnolotti, a Seared Maine Scallop, Cucumber Sorbet, Wagyu Beef, and Champagne Chocolate Cake (full menu here). The Fulton | Seaport 

The Fulton will be bringing in the New Year with a curated 5-course prix fixe by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. First seating at 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM will feature a luxurious 5-course menu with à la carte options and an optional caviar upgrade. Highlights include Oyster Rockefeller, aromatic seafood hot pot, and the chance to add Meyer lemon parmesan risotto or fresh tagliatelle with white truffle.
