The WSJ is reporting that a Verizon iPhone will be ready to go by year’s end, and Verizon will be able to start selling in early 2011. The move would end AT&T’s exclusive deal with Apple. AT&T’s lack of coverage in some areas and overwhelmed networks has been a sore point for iPhone users.
Rumors of a Verizon iPhone have been brewing all year, and the signs are pointing to this being the real deal – as opposed to just wishful thinking by some.
