We all know how annoying it is to actually plug our electric car into the wall-mounted charger in our garage. Well, if the new technology Tesla showed off over the weekend comes to fruition, that’s one more task that will be a thing of the past.
According to Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, the snake-like charger would be mounted on the wall and automatically extend and connect to your Tesla when it’s parked in your garage. Interesting technology to be sure, but apparently we weren’t the only ones who found this hypnotic video slightly disturbing. Musk himself tweeted:
