The creative minds at Vidal & Sant’Anna envisioned and implemented the Praia do Felix Beach House, a highly modern “tree home” tucked away in the Serra do Mar mountains, Brazil.
The unusual looking villa boasts 3 bedrooms, a family room, 2 bathrooms, living room, toilet, kitchen, service area and a large terrace.According to the architects, “the project opts for circulations made by external stairs and separates the social and service, located across the slope from intimate area located along the slope below the ground. Made of certified wood and glass, the light residence explores small and minimal rooms to meet the programmatic needs without losing the sense of sustainability”. Difficult to spot from far away, the villa offers a high level of privacy and an overall serene atmosphere, away from the racket of modern cities. The house also features floor to ceiling windows, ensuring an optimum indoor-outdoor connection.
