Actor Orlando Bloom has dropped almost $5 million ($4.875 million to be exact) on a loft in the exclusive Sugarloaf Condominium in Tribeca.
The rustic-looking three-bedroom, three-bathroom loft is highlighted by exposed brick walls, wood-beamed ceilings and a wide open floor plan.
Bloom is famous for his role as Legolas in the “Lord of the Rings” and “Hobbit” trilogies. He also starred in the first three “Pirates of the Caribbean” films.
