The tablet/smartphone wars continue with the news that Samsung will unveil its latest Galaxy Note on September 4. The Galaxy Note 3 tablet – or phablet – will be unveiled at the IFA tech trade show in Berlin.
The Note 3 is expected to have a 5.7-inch 1080p screen, but there have been some reports indicating other sizes, including a 5.9 inch and 6.3 inch screen. Expect the Note 3 to use the S Pen stylus and employ the latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS. The Note 3 will likely have a 13-megapixel rear camera.
The Note 3 comes out in advance of Apple’s latest iPad Mini, which could be released as early as the last week of September.
