Media mogul Rupert Murdoch has purchased the Moraga Vineyards in Bel Air for $28.8 million. The estate was built by Victor Fleming, who was the director of the Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind.

The 13-acre Moraga Vineyards features a 7,500 square foot mansion in addition to the vineyards. Other amenities include a wine cave, guesthouse and swimming pool.

Moraga Vineyards wines are available at many high-end Los Angeles restaurants and stores.

The most recent owner of the Bel Air vineyard was Tom Jones, the former CEO of Northrop Grumman.
