Riding an elevator was never this fun. But then, Porsche Design Group never made the elevator – until now.
The new 57-story Porsche Design Tower in South Florida will offer more than just a cool name on a luxurious ocean front property. The 2.2 acre condo complex will include an elevator. An elevator? Not just any ordinary elevator – but one so large your Porsche can fit right inside. You heard correctly. The new Porsche Design Tower will allow a resident to go right up to their condo – while they are still in the driver’s seat. Glass elevators will give residents an unparalleled view of the city or the ocean during their high-speed ride to their unit.
The cylindrical Porsche Design Tower will have 132 units, ranging in size from 3,800 to 9,500 square feet. Top pricing will be $9 million.
The $560 million tower will be constructed on Sunny Isles Beach as part of a collaboration between Germany-based Porsche Design Group and a local developer, Gil Dezer.
