Named Scaffold Lights, this next lights collection is reminiscent of skin over structure ideas – each light displays a stretched fabric “skin” over a geometric metal structure, creating an interesting effect once the lights are on and hiding its true nature when the lights are off. The team behind this project is the Lanzavecchia + Wai design studio with offices in Italy and Singapore. The light collection is made of nine different lights and a minimalist metal stand where the lights can be hung according to your preference. Fabric stretched over steel wire frames enhances the elegant and contemporary appeal of these lights.
These special series of lighting systems create an organic look for all the lights and a fascinating and bold effect on the surrounding space. Material and form come together to shape an outstanding collection of lights that also feature versatility and modern design lines. There are many color options for the fabric and the lights can also be hung from the ceiling or placed on flat surfaces.
