There’s a bar in San Francisco that wants to get you in the holiday spirit by serving you a $65 cocktail. Yes, you read that right.
Tratto, a new trattoria within The Marker in San Francisco, recently announced a charitable new cocktail, The Negroni Flip, presented in a fizz glassybaby drinker.
Beverage Director Cynthia Tran crafts The Negroni Flip with Beefeater Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, and an egg, and garnishes with edible red pearl dust.
For each drink purchased, portions of the proceeds are donated to the glassybaby white light fund, founded by three-time cancer survivor Lee Rhodes, who has already allocated more than $7 million to organizations that help people, animals, and the planet heal.
The cocktail’s priced — $65 — doesn’t seem so steep when you factor in the philanthropy… and the included glassybaby drinker in which it is served (while supplies last).
