Nokia unveiled its first ever premium touch smartphone, the gold-plated Oro.
The Oro is a luxe version of the Nokia C7. On the bling side, it has been covered by an 18k gold frame, plus studded with sapphire crystal front keys. Bridge of Weir leather is used to cover the back. And don’t forget the headphones. The Nokia J Bluetooth headset is also covered in 18k gold.
On the tech side, the Oro has the latest gizmos to satisfy the technophiles. This includes a 8 megapixel camera with hi-def video recording, and 8 gig of internal storage capacity. It runs the latest Symbian OS.
Cost is about $1,100.
