America’s Got… $2,000,000 shoes.  Or at least its talent show host does.  “America’s Got Talent” Host Nick Cannon made WWD headlines for something other than his divorce from Mariah Carey this week.  Now we’re focused on his fancy footwear.

For the show’s finale this season, it was announced that Cannon will be sporting an all-diamond pair of shoes valued at $2 million, currently being reviewed by the Guinness Book of World Records as the Most Valuable Pair of Shoes in the world.

For a well-heeled WOW factor, this pair of custom Tom Fords, created by jeweler Jason Arasheben, has more than 14,000 full-cut round white diamonds set onto white gold, with a total carat weight of 340 carats.

The process took more than 2,000 hours of work and close to a year to complete. The designer confirmed that he and his team ruined seven pairs of other shoes until finally successfully remaking a pair of patent-leather Tom Fords for the necessary flexibility.
