Mariah Carey and her husband, Nick Cannon, have put their Los Angeles mansion on the market for $13 million. The price is almost double the $7 million the superstar couple paid for the Bel Air property in 2009.
The residence is a Hamptons-style home with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The design is eclectic – if not a bit all over the place. There’s a Moroccan-style room (where Cannon reportedly proposed to Carey), an Aspen room (modeled after a high-end ski resort), an indoor basketball court, a state-of-the-art home theater, an elegant nursery (made for the couple’s twins), room to park more than 20 cars, a pool, putting green, a lounge-like gazebo and much more.
