With Peyton Manning returning to the Super Bowl for Super Bowl 50, Pursuitist revisits our spotlight on his $4.6 million Denver home. Take a look inside…
From 2/1/2014: As Peyton Manning, the Bronco’s quarterback, is heading to Super Bowl Sunday at MetLife Stadium, The Pursuitist is featuring his $4.6 million dollar mansion in ritzy Cherry Hills Village, which is about 20 minutes outside of Denver, Colorado. Manning purchased the modest 16,464-square-foot estate in 2012, which features seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a billiards room, a ‘panic’ room and an elevator. The Bronco’s quarterback, who earns more than $18 million a year, picked the home up for a great price — the mansion was last sold in March 2005 for $5.78 million.
Elegantly decorated, the home is 10 miles from the Bronco’s Dove Valley headquarters. Manning resides in the mansion with his wife Ashley and their twins (daughter Mosley and son Marshall). Manning also considers his family as his “Super Bowl Good Luck Charms.”
“It’s my family –- my wife and twins,” Manning told People magazine on Tuesday’s Super Bowl XLVIII Media Day in Newark, N.J.
“My entire family keeps me positive and they always support me,” he said. “They will be coming to town to be with me. Without them, I would not be where I am today. I am very grateful.”
Refreshing. How down to earth, just like their Denver home.
