Harrods is set to become the first luxury store to launch a GPS-assisted interactive iPhone App. On Thursday 19th May 2011, the App will be available for free download from Apple’s App Store, making the iconic Knightsbridge store easier to explore than ever before.
Combining a host of desirable functions including an interactive store guide and a comprehensive news and events page, the free Harrods App boasts a sophisticated, user-friendly interface giving customers the Harrods experience in the palm of their hand.
Harrods Store Image Director, Mark Briggs, said: “The Harrods iPhone App is an exciting new way for us to further engage with our customers. We are continuously aiming to offer our customers the optimum level of service through use of new technology.
