Bush front man Gavin Rossdale, who recently divorced singer-songwriter Gwen Stefani, has reportedly purchased a swanky new home in the pricey foothills of Studio City, California. The house was the most expensive one on the market in the area, and Rossdale, who walked away from his divorce with less than half of Stefani’s assets, paid $7.6 million for the property.
After the 12,000 square foot home he shared with Stefani, Rossdale’s 8,000 square foot bachelor pad is something of a step down, but it still boasts a range of luxuries. The ultra modern-looking home is open concept with glass walls and double height living spaces; it has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and beautiful views of the San Fernando Valley. The sleek kitchen leads into a climate-controlled wine room. The wine is on display at all times due to the shiny glass entrance.
The luxury living continues outside with a 1.3 acre property that contains a terraced backyard, a swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen. However, the property lacks a tennis court, which was surprising to the property gossips who reported the purchase. Rossdale is known to be a fan and player of the game.
