Ah, fall, the end of summer fun and long sunny days. Not, however, if you spend time in Miami where the pursuit of the perfect tan and the ideal poolside moment is a year-long obsession. One thing to look forward to this fall is the debut of Fendi’s first brand project in the U.S. real estate market in Surfside, a Miami-Dade town just a few blocks south of the Bal Harbour luxury shops.
The Fendi Chateau Residences, which range in price from $6 million to $25 million, were created in collaboration with real estate developer Château Group and architecture firm Arquitectonica. The property is located on three acres of oceanfront property and the 12-story building, with a style reminiscent of a cruise ship, features 58 flow-through residences ranging from 3,325 to over 7,000 square feet.
The three-to-five bedroom units have 10 to 11 foot-high ceilings and stylized interiors curated by FENDI Casa, and also feature east to west exposures, terraces and spacious living quarters and master suites. The kitchens have quartz countertops, lacquer cabinets and Gagineau appliances.
Five-star white glove concierge services will be provided by New York based lifestyle management firm, Luxury Ataché . The property offers both indoor and outdoor luxury amenities including dedicated elevators into private foyers for all residences, a state-of-the-art fitness center, private spa with thermal pool, a private business and media center, kids’ club, doorman and valet services, and more. The building also includes a private restaurant with a full chef’s kitchen and a lounge with a gourmet kitchen. The property also has luxurious poolside cabanas and the three luxury penthouses feature private rooftop sundecks and swimming pools.
According to reports from earlier this summer, the building is already over 88% sold. The trophy property has proved popular with international buyers from Canada to Latin America and Europe. For more information, visit http://fendichateauresidences.com.
