98 year old Italian born star photographer Editta Sherman is the last tenant in the Carnegie Hall artist studios in New York City. A living legend of New York City she fights to stay in her home. Editta in many ways embodies the artistic spirit that once made New York the art capital of the world, where the likes of Marilyn Monroe and Andy Warhol mingled in what were truly casual artistic encounters.
