One of the most imposing and magnificent houses in Metchosin, British Columbia, Canada, the Swanwick Ranch, is a family home with impressive features and an outstanding architecture. Designed by Vancouver-based architect Marko Simcic, the ranch occupies 8,300 square feet. Featuring eight bedrooms and eight luxurious bathrooms, the Swanwick Ranch luxury home is part of a 67 acre property.
Awarded the National Canadian Architect Award, the oceanfront property was custom designed for its owners and encompasses all necessary features to live a fabulous, comfortable life away from busy city streets. Its interiors communicate visually, allowing the family to be in permanent contact with each other. Displaying extraordinary and unique water features, the residence constructs the possibility of using water as a cooling and heating system – geothermal heating and air conditioning systems draw ocean water to run through the house.
