The client wanted a sumptuous residence similar in size and atmosphere with the loft already owned in New York City. Basing the whole design on these request, the architects created a stunning 12,000 square feet property with a sophisticated appeal that looks rather comfortable than imposing.
A landscaped outdoor room welcomes inhabitants and guests to the front entrance, designed to construct a dramatic first impression. Light coming from large windows mirror in the water features at the entrance, creating a luxurious glimpse of the style seen inside. Accentuated by the Japanese Gardens, ponds and pathways leading to the bright interior spaces, the architectural details compose a contemporary relation between nature and the indoors.
