Greek practice 314 Architecture Studio designed a fabulously modern residence in the Greek capital of Athens. Known as H3, the dreamy home suspended on pillars was inspired by the owner’s love for yachts. It displays a striking contemporary architecture made of straight lines summing up to 10,800 square feet of modern living spaces. Showcasing a pristine white walls in beautiful contrast with the green surroundings, the H3 residence seems to be floating above the swimming pool and terrace, as a yacht would above waves.
Its bioclimatic design allows the house to be cooled down during hot summer months – the pool below acts as a cooling system, exposing the home’s eco-friendly features. Surrounded by the beautiful countryside, this dream home interacts with the landscape through a large open terrace, offering outdoor entertaining areas in privacy.
