The Chimney House occupies a total built area of 400 square meters, perfectly designed to offer its inhabitants a fascinating dream home to enjoy. A wooden patio scattered with trees here and there offers a modern mixture of nature and high-end living. A boxed ground floor encompasses the living area that opens the interior space on both sides. The low ceiling supports a solarium with wooden floors on top, one that opens to the private spaces.
On the ground floor, there is a set of rooms that make up the home’s floor plan: the service area, kitchen and TV room, while the second floor shelters the three bedrooms. Windows that open to the patio protect the interiors from harsh direct sunlight by being covered with sliding wooden brises. Sparkling chimneys on top of the residential building are reminiscent of other chimneys on top of the rows of houses in São Paulo. Everything is exquisite and dreamy, don’t you think?
