This holiday season, swap out your traditional eggnog and mulled wine for these festive cocktails at home created by Ai Fiori’s head bartender, Pete Stanton. Using delicious holiday flavors, this twist on a holiday cocktail is sure to impress even your most finicky guests.

Reindeer Mule
· 1 1/2 oz Remy Martin Tercet Cognac
· 1/4 oz St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram
· 1/2 oz pineapple juice
· 1/2 oz lime juice
· 3 oz Ginger Beer
· 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions: Build all ingredients (ginger beer last) in a copper mug and garnish with a lime wheel.
