Cindy Crawford is asking a big sum, not for some modeling assignment, but for her newly designed ocean view home in Malibu. The 49 year old American model along with her husband Rande Gerber has listed their Point Dume property for $15.45 million.

The couple had bought the property for $6 million less than a year ago. Located at the end of a prestigious cul-de-sac in Malibu on about 1.5 acres, this gated estate holds a three storey home with four bedrooms and five baths.

Designed by the celebrity duo, the 5,400 square feet home boasts of neutral and natural warm materials such as wide-plank French Oak wood floors.
