Christian Louboutin Unveils Passage Bag Collection

A historical covered passage in Paris has inspired the world’s most famous red-sole designer to roll out his latest handbag and leather goods collection. Galerie Vero-Dodat also known as the Passage has led the way to Christian Louboutin’s Passage handbag line.

Structured bags are here to stay this season and the Passage makes it more evident. Fusing modern style with classic, ladylike polish, the range includes a large shoulder bag, a messenger, and a mini messenger. The hardware detailing on the bag in form of the curved metal handles also takes one back to the wrought-iron entry arches of the Galerie. The bag is designed to be carried by the fold-over handle or worn cross-body on a detachable strap. Keeping in league with the brand’s signature Red Soles, each Passage bag is embellished with red enamel accents.
