A look at the Adidas/Porsche footwear collection – coming this month. We love the black.
Adidas and Porsche design have collaborated on a new collection of footwear for the spring / summer season of 2010, focusing on the theme of ‘water / snow’. The feature attraction of the collection is the AC bowman, tested and engineered in cooperation with Jochen Shümann, 3-time olympic gold medalist and 2-time America’s cup winner for sailing. The low profile shoes, available in neutral tones and black, can be used for both inshore and offshore racing, because of their fast-drying mesh upper and sticky rubber outsole wet deck traction. The footwear also incorporates leather and mesh uppers with adiPRENE® technology. The collection will be available in January 2010. – From Design Boom
