Summer is approaching and it’s time for millions of motorcyclists to hit the road all over the United States. And nothing brings passion to the motorcycle industry like Harley-Davidson and their fans. To help celebrate the iconic company’s 110th anniversary, Harley recently released the 2013 Harley-Davidson Breakout.
The Breakout features a 103B counter-balanced V-Twin engine that produces 95.5 ft. lbs. of torque. The 103 c.i. (1690cc) engine is paired to a 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission, and features Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) and Automatic Compression Release (ACR) for easy starting.
Styling is tight and lean and low. The Breakout has thick forks, chopped fenders, and a 240mm rear tire. Fans will love the Breakout’s 10-spoke Gasser wheels, which hail from the 1960s Gasser drag cars.
This is a classic Harley-Davidson Softtail. It’s built for an easy and smooth ride – a perfect cruiser for the highway.
The Breakout starts at $17,899.
