The new Ritz-Carlton in Herzliya, Israel, will be the luxury chain’s first kosher hotel.
The hotel is location t the north of Tel Aviv on the MEditerranean.
The property will be outfitted with Shabbat elevators and a fully equipped upscale kosher restaurant.
The Ritz in Herzliya will open by the end of 2012.
