Australian actress Cate Blanchett is gearing to move to the US along with her family and has put up her Sydney home for sale. The 46 year old actress along with her theater director husband Andrew Upton has listed the waterfront home in Hunters Hill for $14.7 million.

The palatial estate, regarded as one of Sydney’s finest heritage homes, overlooking the Lane Cove River was built in 1877. Nestled in Australia’s oldest garden suburb, Bulwarra is a sandstone-faced mansion set on a private 3,642 square meter land.
