Demi Moore’s Central Park West Penthouse Is Listed For $75 Million

A decent proposal is rolled out by the Indecent Proposal star! Demi Moore has listed her New York City penthouse for $75 million. The 52 year old American actress, filmmaker has made it public to let go of the penthouse at the iconic San Remo on Central Park West that she and ex-husband Bruce Willis bought in 1990.demi_moore_central_park_triplex_mansionThe deal includes the 7,000-square-foot triplex along with a two-bedroom apartment on the lobby level. The first level located on the 26th floor is home to the living room, library, dining room, breakfast room and kitchen. The stairs lead to the private bedroom floor on the 27th level consisting of five bedrooms plus a staff room.

Also it doesn’t end at $75 million as the asking price doesn’t include the monthly maintenance costs $17,912.85 for the triplex south tower penthouse along with $3,273 for the maisonette.

Disclosure actress Demi Moore discloses the reason for offloading the floating mansion, “I’m spending the majority of my time in my other homes, and this apartment is too magnificent not to be lived in full time.”

Nestled atop one of NYC’s most iconic landmark located on 145 Central Park West between 74th and 75th Streets, the San Remo South Tower Penthouse is touted as a mansion in the clouds with sweeping 360 degree views. The building has been home to many celebrities like Dustin Hoffman, Diane Keaton and Steven Spielberg.
