Last weekend, I got the honor of attending the Wayward FW14 show. The Nomad inspired all men collection is the latest from Nigerian-born designer, Sam Adegoke. A motorcycle rider by nature, he develops his collections with the wind chasers in mind. Each jacket is designed to withstand wear and tear of riding while providing protection and distinct style.
The leather and denim pieces are well tailored in fit and the silhouettes constructed precisely to compliment fabrics like denim and leather. Inspired by his background, the designer presented 14 complete looks and received a standing ovation at the end of the show. While biker boys are about to get that much more chic, us ladies can start hoping for what we can only imagine would be a rockin’ women’s collection.
