There won’t be a pink carpet this time. Or a platinum-blonde, gold-studded-leather-trench-wearing fashion designer standing on it. But the launch of the second instalment of the Versace for H&M range, launching 19 January, is bound to do brisk trade nevertheless. It’s called the Versace’s Cruise collection for H&M, and these clothes are clearly designed for poolside posing; think gold sandals, bling hoop earrings with butterflies and lots of fruit prints. The men’s collection, sadly, rather lacks the punch of the first one, but there are shorts, swimmers and an erotic-thriller-friendly silky dressing gown with house Grecian motif for your consideration.
