Italian design house Versace called upon Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, the famous fashion photography duo, to capture the essence of its latest menswear collection.
Shot in New York, this ultra-masculine advertising campaign highlights some of the most representative pieces from the Versace Spring-Summer 2015 menswear line. Pink suits, fishnet fabrics and muscles galore set a flashy tone, along with Versace’s signature Greek key and Medusa head motifs.
Three models joined Mert & Marcus on the set: Filip Hrivnak, Alessio Pozzi and Miroslav Cech.
While these young men are still relative unknowns, the Italian design house more than made up for this by recruiting a mega-celebrity for the corresponding women’s wear campaign, which stars none other than Madonna.
